Matt Goldwait
Matt studied hotel and catering management at the University of Massachusetts. He and his wife moved to the UK where they established businesses including restaurants and convenience stores while simultaneously raising three children. After nearly 30 years of nurturing their own business abroad, Matt and Ruth accepted a small corporate buyout. Matt soon joined ClubCorp as the General Manager of Eagles Landing in Stockbridge and later was recruited by Kemper Sports in Chicago. Regarding his return to Georgia, Matt stated, “I am delighted to be back in Atlanta with my family and being at The Georgian Club where I hope to build many lasting relationships with members and to continue the fine legacy of this great club.”

Kate Allison
Kate Allison has been with the company since 2009, when she started at Indian Hills Country Club before moving to Futren’s corporate office in 2010. At Futren, Kate held the title of Training and Special Projects Coordinator. On the topic of transitioning to the role of Membership Director at The Georgian Club, Kate says “I certainly have some big shoes to fill after Beverly’s retirement, and I am looking forward to the endeavor!”

Frank Corbett
Chef Frank learned to cook in Manhattan, where he worked for Charles Palmer, of the River Café and Richard Krause, at Baton’s, where Wolfgang Puck’s fusion cuisine was introduced to the east coast. He has been with the club since 2008 and came to us from The Ashford Club in Atlanta.
Catering Director
Chelsea Dahl
Chelsea has worked in the events industry since 2011, focusing primarily on weddings until her move the Georgian Club in December 2017. She has planned and executed over 300 weddings in various markets including Long Island Wine Country, Summit County Colorado, Austin Texas and, of course, Atlanta where she joined the Futren family in 2015. Chelsea’s primary focus at The Georgian Club is Corporate Event sales and planning while continuing to oversee wedding production within the Catering Department. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and camping, attending baseball games (Go Braves!) and working on her house in West Cobb with her husband, Chris.
Catering Manager
Hayley Forsburg
Before joining the team of The Georgian Club, Hayley was an Account Manager for a family owned wholesale clothing company, where her primary roles were sales and customer service. In addition to her sales position, she has been working in events since 2015 as an Assistant Planner for a local event planning company. Outside of The Georgian Club, she is an avid equestrian, and loves to cook, paint, and explore Georgia with her husband and two dogs.

ShaMichael Brown
ShaMichael graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She has been with the club since 2009 and came to us from The Ashford Club in Atlanta.
Service Manager
Warren Perry
Warren was born and raised in Jamaica. He has been with The Georgian Club since 1999 and came to us after 15 years in the cruise industry.
